Kendall Peterson - CEO

Kendall founded QualiStar in 2004, while serving as a Sr. Project Manager in the Construction Services division of PBS&J, a nationwide construction management firm. Before joining PBS&J, he spent almost 16 years with Florida Power & Light in various operational and project management capacities.

Kendall brings a strong background in project management and experience in a wide variety of both industrial and residential construction projects to help make the process of home improvement easier and less-stressful for our clients.

Kendall holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Ashwood International University as well as numerous certificates in project management, process management and quality improvement.

Dwayne Campbell - President

Dwayne brings to the company a 23+ year military career where he held multi-faceted management positions in Human Resources, Data Analysis, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Strategic Planning and Operations.

Dwayne took his strong process orientated management style and solid experience to Best Buy Company, Inc. where he made significant improvements in Store Operations, Product Process Management, and Personnel Development.  

Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University and an Associate's in Applied Science Degree from the Community College of the Air Force.  He also holds numerous certifications in Computer Repair and Network Management.  Dwayne is currently responsible for Qualistar’s operational and strategic planning to include process management and technology.
