How Does It Work?

1. The client requests service(s) either via email, website, or direct telephone contact.
2. QualiStar contacts the client to verify the request and clarify any needed details.
3. QualiStar matches the request to the appropriate contractor based on specialty, location, and availability.
4. Contact between the contractor and the client is established by QualiStar and we assist in the communication and appointment scheduling process.
5. The client selects the contractor that best meets their project needs.

What Does It Cost?

We offer two choices in how you pay for our services:

Commission
Pay a percentage based on the total cost of the job. See Fee Schedule for details. While these fees will vary, you only pay for jobs actually awarded. No lead or listing fees.

Subscription
Pay a flat monthly, quarterly, or annual fee based on the number of leads you receive. This makes business budgeting simpler and eliminates the concern over profit-per-job.
