12. Will QualiStar cancel a service professional's membership status upon receiving a customer complaint?
QualiStar takes its policies and contractor requirements very seriously. QualiStar will investigate all complaints and take action on its own merits. If after a fair and impartial investigation is completed, QualiStar feels that no further relationship with the service provider should exist, then “yes” that membership may be canceled.

Licensed service professional are recognized by their respective states and local city/county as meeting the minimum requirements to do business in their respective field. A non-licensed service professional is not hired by QualiStar for that very reason.

17. What can consumers do to make sure they don't pay too much for their home services projects?
QualiStar monitors all of its service provider’s fees and tries to ensure that they are competitive within the market. Price gouging is against the law and if you do your homework, this should not be an issue. Furthermore, QualiStar provide up to 3 referrals options, which also gives you the opportunity to find someone that meets the budget you have set for your project.
